Sun Sky Wellness is pleased to welcome Ashley Tupper RMT to our office. Ashley has been practicing massage therapy for 3 years and has recently relocated to Gimli. Her treatment approach is therapeutic-based with a focus on injury rehab and health maintenance. Treatment involves assessment, manipulating soft tissue, therapist assisted stretching and homecare and excercise guidelines. Ashley's hours this fall are Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays 9-5 p.m., and she offers direct billing to Blue Cross.
